Gauz Global provides technical services to businesses and professionals: hosting and management of call center dialers and business phone systems, voicemail detection, VoIP routes, phone numbers, servers and support. The terms of each service are agreed in writing with each client before work begins.
3. Use of this website
By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when you send an inquiry.
The Gauz Global brand, logo, text and design of this website belong to its owner. Names of third-party software and technologies are the property of their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe the services.
The owner makes every effort to keep the information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that the website will be available at all times and is not responsible for the content of linked external sites.
4. Privacy
What data we process. Only what you send us through the form, WhatsApp or email: your name, company, phone number, email and the information you share about your operation.
Why. To answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you hire us, provide and bill the service.
Legal basis. You ask us to contact you and agree to it when you send your inquiry and, if you hire us, the data is necessary to perform the contract.
Who we share it with. No one, except the technical providers strictly required to deliver the service you hire, and when the law requires it. If you write to us on WhatsApp, that service is provided by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms.
Where it's processed. Gauz Global is managed from Peru. If you write from the European Union, your data is processed outside the European Economic Area; by sending your inquiry you expressly agree to this so we can assist you.
How long we keep it. While we handle your inquiry. If we don't end up working together, we delete it no later than 12 months after our last contact. If you are a client, for as long as the relationship lasts and as legally required.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, receive it in a portable format or withdraw your consent by writing to . If you are in Spain, you can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency at www.aepd.es.

This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not load content from other companies: fonts and images are served from our own domain. That's why we don't show a cookie banner. If we add measurement or advertising tools in the future, we will update this page and ask for your permission before turning them on.
